Boarding

At our facility, all dogs have their own suites, have doggie doors for independent indoor/outdoor access during working hours. Our facility is also temperature controlled to accommodate the seasons. Group daycare is included in our boarding pricing!

Our suites range in size from 4’ x 22’ to 12’ x 22’ and are available as singles, doubles, and triples.

Important Boarding Information

Please make your boarding reservation as early as possible, especially during the holidays and other busy travel times. Holiday boarding requires a $80 deposit and a 14-day cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund.

  • Stays longer than two weeks require 50% payment at the beginning of the stay

  • Overnight charges accrue starting the day of drop-off regardless of the time your pet(s) arrive(s). 

  • We are closed daily from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

  • Pet(s) picked up after 12:00 pm will be charged a $25 fee per pet .

All canine overnight reservations include three group play sessions per day, up to three feeding times per day, luxury beds and blankets, and lots of love!

We offer private enrichment sessions to our current clients for $28 additional per day.

Medication and supplement administration is $2.75 - $10 per administration varying my amount of medications and complexity of administration. Insulin and other injections are $17 per night. This does not include any costs associated with any medical care provided by a Veterinarian or Technician.

Enrichment treats can be provided daily for an additional $3.75 - $7 per treat. We offer gourmet, made in-house treats to add to your dog's boarding stay! Visit our enrichment treat page for more info! 

House food is available for $4.75 per meal. Our House dry food is Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Low Fat. We also offer Royal Canin HP Hypoallergenic house meals for $6.50 per meal.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Hours

Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

Sunday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

We are closed daily from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and unavailable for drop-offs or pick-ups.

Holiday Closures: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Pet Resort Requirements:

Must be current or updated four days prior to stay

Dogs:

  • Rabies

  • Distemper

  • Bordetella (within one year, updated more than four days before stay)

  • Negative fecal test results (fecal tests good for 6 months)

  • Canine influenza virus and leptospirosis vaccines are recommended but not required

Cats:

  • Rabies

  • Distemper
