COVID-19 Protocol

Due to our concern for you, our staff, and all of those around us, we have updated our protocols for all appointments. At this time, our hours remain the same and we will continue to be here to provide care for your pets.

  • Pet appointments with a doctor may be seen in person with the following restrictions:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and park in one of our numbered spots. Once you check in over the phone, a staff member will come to your vehicle and direct you straight to the appointment room if one is available. * Due to overwhelming demand, all exam rooms are sometimes fully occupied and we may not be able to honor an in-person visit. All clients are required to wear a mask while in the hospital.

  • Each appointment will be limited to ONE person accompanying pets.

  • Anyone coming in the building is still wearing a mask over mouth and nose, and our staff will be as well.

  • The rest of the exam will proceed as normal with the physical exam happening in the room and some treatments or diagnostics will be done in a separate area from the exam room.

  • We also ask that you please be patient with our staff and with other clients as we all navigate this new normal together. Some of our staff have never experienced pet owners in the building!

  • If masks are not worn properly or social distance is not respected your appointment will be finished as a curbside appointment from your car.

We also offer curbside appointments:

  • We can accommodate curbside appointments for all of your veterinary needs including surgery, dental cleanings, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, illness visits, etc.

  • Check in as above, but the staff member will come to your vehicle and bring your pet inside. All communication will be by phone until your pet is brought back to you, so please ensure we have the proper phone number and your phone is with you at all times. We will ask for a physical credit card at the time of check in, but will not charge the account until getting approval at the end of the appointment.

  • We will do our very best to stay on schedule with our standard 30 minute appointments, however we request your patience as we adjust to these new guidelines. Your pet will still be treated with the utmost care and compassion while being examined and then the doctor will call with the exam findings, diagnostic options (if needed), and recommendations . If you would like to reschedule your appointment when you can remain with your pet we are happy to do so.

Medical Appointments: We are scheduling appointments as normal. Please be aware that due to the volume of appointment requests, same-day appointments may not be available except as emergency exams.

Prescriptions: If you need to have a prescription filled for your pet, we highly recommend using our Online Pharmacy for direct shipment to your home. If you would prefer to pick up as normal, we will ask that you call us from your car when you arrive to pick up our medication. We will accept payment over the phone, and we will place your medication in a pickup/drop off box just outside our front door. Please note due to volume of requests, we require 48-72 hours to fill prescriptions in house.

Pet Health Questions: If you have questions about whether your pet's clinical signs warrant an appointment, our team is more than happy to chat on the phone about your pet. We will help you decide if an in-person appointment is necessary at this time.

Pet Resort: Daycare and Boarding are both fully open 7 days a week at normal hours with curbside check in. We ask that you only bring in food and medications for your pets, and we will provide bedding/ blankets for your pets during their stay

Grooming: All grooming check ins will be done curbside at this time, and grooming is open normal hours.

Training: All training check ins will be done curbside at this time. Group classes are being done outside our building for your safety.
