Drew Webster, CPDT-KA- is an accredited professional dog trainer by the Council for Certified Pet Dog Trainers of America. He is also an evaluator for the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen and Puppy Star programs. Beginning in 1998, his work with dogs included rescue, vet hospitals, boarding facilities, and doggie daycare before becoming a certified dog trainer.
Drew completed his working apprenticeship at the Academy of Canine Behavior in Washington in 2008 and was hired by the Academy as well as the Downtown Dog Lounge in downtown Seattle as the obedience instructor. He has since returned to his home in Colorado with his positive and fun training style. Specializing in identifying and solving behavior problems and implementing positive reinforcement techniques to produce effective, Drew is able to produce long term results. Let him guide you on a path that will help you meet your needs regardless of the age of your dog.
Stay and Train packages (available with boarding or daycare)
Obedience focus, perfect for dogs looking to build commands, work on leash manners, prevent unruly behavior and strengthen old skills. Let Drew add structure to your dog’s stay, you receive exercises and tutorials to take home. About 45 minutes to an hour with our trainer. $25/individual session 5 PKG $115 ($23/session).
Boarding School (2 or 4 week packages)
Let our instructor do the hard part building skills and obedience command you can take with you. You do an intake procedure with our trainer, 8 sessions to be scheduled during the week (MON-SAT) dogs can go home on the weekend as you get instruction from Drew then a follow up Private Session to receive coaching and handling skills. Price includes a single run for 8 nights, you can upgrade kennels and length of stay. $550 for 2 weeks/ $1100 for 4 weeks with 8 training sessions and private lessons. Group Classes (4 and 6 weeks for puppies and adults)
Owners working with their dog, coaching and introduction from Drew then they are the primary trainer using the classroom set ups for proofing skills and behaviors. $27/session sold as PKG for $160-6 weeks ($106-4 weeks).
Private Lessons and Behavior Consultations (scheduled at your convenience)
Rate is for one dog and half off the second dog. $58/session or 5 PKG $290 ($52/session), 50% off for second dog in family.
Drop-In Classes (come when you can)
Non-committal classes or specific training topic like leash manners or jumping. $40/session offered typically nights and weekend.
By request or referred from our medical staff, meet with our trainer to discuss the behavioral problems you are struggling with and come up with a plan for training. This assessment is perfect for newly adopted dogs to get a picture of what kind of behaviors you can expect. $35/session or a redeemable voucher.
