Hospital Policies and Payment policies:

Appointment Policy: Walk-in clients are always welcome here, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express) and Cash. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Overland Animal Hospital accepts Care Credit, please visit www.carecredit.com for more information.
